I can provide someone to do the bureaucracy, up-chain as it where… aka the dealing with the National Cord, and the ST’s where and as needed. (though you have fran the nst, on your team, which helps). Provinding you can have someone whom can do the VC stuff, i can and will work with the provisional st’s to get things of the ground… and locate the domain funds =)
