Battle Plan:
1) Nuke the bastards with Ibuprofen (Now)
2) Shoulder relaxation exercises (Sometime after getting home) [*]
3) Warm bath (Later - after I've finished working this evening) [**]
[*] - I could do this at work, but kneeling down on the office floor would get me odd looks...
[**] - If I had any appropriate ones I'd bung some essential oils in, but I think Black Pepper & Chamomile are the appropriate ones and I don't have any of them! Maybe some Eucalyptus...
