Two Things:

Thing the first:
I have good friends around me. Very good friends. Thanks to all of you - this has not been (and still isn't) easy, but it would be much, much worse without you guys. Particular thanks to those responsible for getting me out of my room and getting my brain out of a particularly nasty rut. The company was appreciated, even if I wasn't doing much by way of interaction...

Thing the second:
This one is aimed mainly at those folks down south, but partly to the rest of you as well. Despite no longer being together, sea_cucumber still means a hell of a lot to me. Look out for her and keep her well. Even if you're somebody I don't like very much right now, keep her well.

So people know...

Despite current events, I still turn 29 tomorrow... In the evening there will most probably be some form of televisual or filmic entertainment accompanied by chinese food and possibly a small splash of wine.

Then, on saturday there is the party, at which I expect much drunkenness and debauchery... and I expect everybody else to turn up and enjoy themselves as well (drunkenness and debauchery both optional). It's a normal House of Plot style party... normal rules apply (whatever they might happen be). Crashspace is available, although warning us if you might want some is probably a good plan...
