Plague Update:

Well, I was expecting to go into work after the doctors, but he sent me home with antibiotics instead. For today at least, and if the swelling in my throat hasn't backed off, tomorrow as well. Joy.

Edit: Apparently I made it worse by forcing myself to go in when I was ill, and then when I did take finally give up and take time off, I went back in too early... so it's come back. So, at risk of sounding like a productivity virus or something, don't overdo it when you have this plague or it'll come back and bite you on the arse!
