Unclean! Unclean!

I am still plagued. The swelling around my throat has gone down some, but not completely. However, it's actually feeling worse than yesterday. I'm going to hope that it feeling worse is down to my body (and the antibiotics) fighting whatever it is, and that it's a sign that it'll be better soon.

This is irritating. I hate being home ill. I get bored out of my mind.

Things to do when bored...

So far today I have:

• Watched 2nd half of the first series of (new) Battlestar Galactica for the second time through.
• Read a chunk of Iron Sunrise by Charles Stross.
• Moved a couple of things around in my room (nothing big or strenuous, supposed to be resting!)
• Spodded (a lot)
• Listened to "Ghosts on Magnetic Tape" by Bass Communion (creepy ambient soundscape thing)
• Listened to Sapphire and Steel: The Passenger (first big finish audio - v. good)
• Cleaned izzy_stradlin's old accoustic guitar (including polishing the brasswork)
• Downloaded guitar tuner software
• Tuned the aforementioned guitar using said software.
• Attempted to play said guitar (had to stop - too mucoid!) (me, not the guitar)
• Posted pointless LJ list

...and now I can't think of anything else to do. Bah.
