Amusing Music
21 July 2006 10:41Courtesy of either Tangency or Other Media, I have recently discovered the music of Jonathan Coulton.
Several free downloadable mp3s...
For
mistress_fran I recommend "Ikea".
For
nuuki,
filthylucre,
charliemouse and the rest of the poker crowd, I recommend "Gambler's Prayer".
For
majic13 I suggest "Chiron Beta Prime".
For anyone who might appreciate the label Evil Genius, I suggest Skullcrusher Mountain.
I'm also quite taken with "Bacteria", which doesn't actually feature vocals by the musician. Instead, they are taken from a KFC training video.
Edit: In the "non free, but can listen to online" category, I recommend "Re: Your Brains" to EVERYBODY.
Edit 2: "Code Monkey" is also a good one... Especially for code monkeys...
