Bah! Typical...
2 June 2008 22:03So, over the weekend I drove a couple of hundred miles. I fitted shelves and lugged heavy boxes and furniture around. I fitted a laminate floor in a large conservatory. All with only minor incidents to health (much sneezing from dust an a blood blister on my hand where it got pinched). I've dismantled a heavy desk, and reassembled it elsewhere. I've reassembled another (slightly less heavy) desk that I dismantled earlier.
What causes me to injure myself?
Changing a fucking duvet cover.
I've managed to put my shoulder out somehow. Doesn't hurt badly, but is somewhat uncomfortable. I'll see if a good night's sleep helps sort it out. Assuming I get a good night's sleep, that is - the hideous muggy weather isn't helping on that front.
