I probably ought to work out what I'm going to do with it, really. Tonight is going to be a second attempt at an early night, probably involving a relaxing bath or somesuch. I also don't have to get up in the morning, which means I'll have a lie in until at least 8am... possibly even longer (I'm not good at lie-ins unless I'm actually ill).
Saturday? I'm not sure. I have writing to do... Firstly, I'm writing a bit of a short screenplay type thing, with a mind to experimenting with a short film. I'm in very early days with it, though, and it needs a *lot* of work. I also need to learn a lot about writing that kind of thing.
Secondly, I've got some stuff I want to write to bung up as initial content on my new website. I'd still like others to work on some content, and might approach people with some ideas.
Thirdly, I've got some ideas I want to write up about an idea I've had for a while that looks like it might suddenly be timely. I ought to see if my limited business knowhow could make it work...
Fourthly, I want to run more games. Live and tabletop. I should try and turn ideas into ready-to-run entities.
I also have several websites to do, which I should probably press on with a bit.
Saturday evening I'm off for drinks with Roehampton folks in London. My issues with overdoing things mean that I won't be staying particularly late, as I'm desperately in need of downtime that isn't immediately filled with stuff. The problem is that my commute stops me from reasonably doing much on weekday evenings, so I use my weekends very heavily and don't actually get rest and relaxation very much. I need to deal with that, really.
Anyway - Saturday evening, I'm off out and about.
Sunday I ought to relax, but I need something relaxing that I can do. I can't just sit there or lounge in front of the telly all day. I might go swimming in the morning, and if there's any set work happening for the St. Jude's Players then I might poke my head in there too, but I don't think that's started yet. I might also cook, or potentially go out for a pub lunch. Might anybody else be interested in a pub lunch somewhere? A brisk walk up to the Happy Man, for example, where they do good roasts and good drinks?
