Intriguing... the people who run rpg.net have just started up a sister site for SF & Fantasy. The look's not there yet (in fact, right now it's quite hideous!) but it's up and running to go have a fiddle with.
So far it looks like it's basically a forum site with a book index feature (kind of like RPG.net's Gaming Index), but it looks promising. I'm thankful that they've divided it by medium rather than by Genre, as this means there's a chance of minimising "SF/Not SF" arguments and whatnot and also a chance for books to actualyl get discussed without getting swamped by TV & Film posts.
