I have a garage full of junk that I've built up over the years, mostly for making props and doodads out of. It's time to clear a lot of that junk down so that I'm ready to move house in the near future.
So I've been through and documented some of what I have:

See what junk is available

Each picture has a description of what the junk is. It's not entirely clear from the presentation there, but there's more than one page of pics, so if you're interested in what's there, make sure you look beyond the first page.

I may not get rid of all of this, as I just need to free up some of the boxes, not necessarily all of them. Priority will go to local gamers who want to make props / costume, Death Unto Darkness folks, hardware hackers or eastercon folks for Beyond Cyberdrome events, chaos costuming or similar.

Shout if you want any of it.

EDIT: Added some speakers too.

I'd quite like the bundle of hoses and shower cable taped together...
and the wonderflex shoulderpads (if only to improve them for you...)
and possibly some of the box of 'stuff you're not sure about getting rid of' (probably the acrylic sheets and plastic rods and tiny mirror sheet....although I don't think that stuff and the aluminium takes up *that* much room, and it's cool shit, so you may not really want to get rid of it...)
the random bits of clear and white rubber tube...

to be pointed, the box of 'raw materials', if you *really* don't think you have room for them, I can find room to keep them for you, as they're cool things that I don't think you should get rid of....
and also: I'd like to poke them.

The raw materials box is the stuff I'm most likely to keep. I'll probably only ditch that stuff if it won't fit in the loft at the new place... in which case you can have first dibs on it - either to use or to hold onto.

oh yeah

I need to pick up my bass, don't I?

I can pick it up tomorrow evening if you're around...

Unrelated: Did you see the FB message I sent you? A standalone camera raw processing tool, so you don't need to use photoshop to get the most from shooting in raw.

I expect I'll be around, yes. Otherwise, say a time when you'll be in (and *where* you'll be in, as I have no idea where you live!) and I can drop it round.

oo, also: interested in a few bits from the other raw materials box. namely the aluminium mesh and the acrylic (depending on colour)

Sure. Pick it up next time you're around.

I reckon it'd be pretty awesome with some dry ice in it, or (if near a power supply) a pond water fogger and some water.

At a glance, I'd possibly be interested in the remains of the garden solar powered lamps - the solar panels certainly.

They have just enough oomph after a full day's sunlight to charge a 1.2v AAA rechargable battery enough to drive a single low powered LED for a few hours. I may have a few more around, too... in amongst stuff I've not sorted yet.

The panels are fixed into the tops of the units, though, so it's quite awkward to separate them to use for anything else.

I don't think I need a lot of power for the thing I was thinking of building.

Pack frame

Hiya mate
I'd love the pack frame (I bid on one like it of evilbay and missed out)
I'm a DuDite, but I don't think we've met

I'm not sure how I'd get it off you though, you know any Maelstrom players ?

I don't know how much it would cost to post

Thanks
H.

I do know some maelstrom players, but not that I'm likely to see anytime soon, I suspect... I'll keep an ear out for anybody heading in a 'strom / DuD direction anytime soon.
