the_eggwhite- Mon, 12:13: Today: Waterfall viewing. Kayaking. Swimming. Fishing (caught a couple of snapper - both released). Minor Sunburn. Tomorrow: Christchurch.
- Mon, 21:26: Currently in Auckland Airport awaiting our flight to Christchurch. There is a child whose life is a book of woe and pain, read aloud.
- Tue, 06:17: Spent a bit of time in Christchurch, now in Rangiora with friends who stayed with us a while back. Here tomorrow, then epic awesome trains.
- Tue, 06:41: ...or, "further epic, awesome trains" given there's been one such journey already. Last time = Northern Explorer. This time = TranzAlpine.
