For luch I am going to be experimental, providing a small number of people (who probably live here or are staying here at the time being). Chunks of Chorizo fried in olive oil with some red & green peppers, served with warm bread. I reckon I can do a relatively light lunch for four with that.
The reason for it being a light lunch is that I have ingredients for Chilli, and an evening that currently lacks other plans. If you are interested in having a portion (of Chilli!) then let me know. At the moment I am going to put both 'Shrooms and Onions in it, but can easily leave either out if required. Let me know, folks.
[EDIT: I think I'll start cooking at 5:30 / 6ish, which means we'll eat 7:30ish (very ish!)... looks like there's probably a traditional sunday DVD plan afterwards as well]
