...because I have a UX post that I want to make.

I have things say about forgetting to create personas for your own staff, particularly where community sites are concerned. This might make a handy topic for a barcamp talk, though.

The general gist:
Rapid, effective and engaged response from staff makes the user experience better. Give your staff personas some love, and enable them to respond rapidly, effectively and in an engaged manner. Failure to do so significantly impacts other personas.
