I'm still having back problems, and I still don't know why. I've got aching and tension across my shoulders and upper back, just as I would expect to have from bad posture when working at a desk. It's exactly the kind of thing I'd expect to experience if my monitor was too low, or if I was working at a laptop all day. But my monitors are placed properly, and I don't work at a laptop. My next thing to check is that my keyboard is the appropriate distance away, as having it too far away could cause similar problems. It's fine on my work desk, but possibly a bit far away at home... Which could be the problem if, if it weren't for the fact that I don't spend enough time on my PC at home for it to make a difference.
I might try going swimming tomiorrow to see if exercise helps sort it out, otherwise I think I might have to go to the doctors.
