In case folks haven't guessed, I'm currently going through my annual argument with my brain chemistry. Normal service will be resumed eventually, once I've told it who's in charge again. Until that time, please accept that I may have only had an hour or two of sleep on any given day... and that I've probably already had several nights like that before it starts to become apparent. A couple of bad nights in a row is entirely manageable, but if I have too many then I start to wear down a little and the symptoms start to become more intrusive.
As a step on the road to hitting my brain until it agrees who's in charge around here (ie: the "me" bit of my brain, not the "Woo! Misery is great! Let's stick with that!" part of my brain), I need to start applying more regular applications of fresh air, light exercise and sunlight... which means more walking.
At work, I am likely to start walking around St. James's Park on a lot of lunchtimes, or on the way out of work.
Outside of work, it means that my Royal Landscape parking permit is going to be getting a bit more exercise... and I'll be starting to go wandering around Runnymede and Windsor Great Park a bit more.
I've even started looking at how volunteering might work for Runnymede & Ankerwycke.
